Claudia Benz

Claudia Benz is a very experienced technical assistant in the wheat working group. She is in charge of our trials at the Oberer Lindenhof field site of the Experimental Station for Agricultural Sciences. This includes in particular the collection of numerous data in the field and special winter hardiness systems. She also works intensively in the quality laboratory, where various characteristics of dough and baking properties of wheat, spelt, emmer and einkorn are recorded.
