Ortwin Schildmann is the longest-serving member of the wheat working group and our specialist for complicated dehusking, processing and cleaning work on the various types of wheat. He also supports the various breeding programs, particularly during peak work periods such as field harvesting, sowing preparation and quality analysis in the laboratory.
